Key Responsibilities
1. P&L Ownership Own the end-to-end P&L for pharmacy and clinic operations. Track revenue, margins, operating costs, and profitability. Prepare financial forecasts and performance reports.
2. Revenue Growth Drive revenue through pharmacy sales, consultations, and wellness &Therapies programs. Work with marketing teams to improve patient acquisition, retention, andconversion rates.
3. Cost & Margin Management Control operational costs across clinics including staffing, consumables, andutilities.
4. Operational Excellence Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of clinics and pharmacy outlets. Improve patient experience, consultation flow, and service turnaround time. Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all locations. Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting systems.
5. Employee Training & Capability Development Design and implement training programs for pharmacy staff, doctor’s, andtherapists. Ensure staff are trained on:o Pharmacy compliance and drug dispensing protocolso Patient interaction and service standardso Sales and cross-selling of pharmacy and healthcare serviceso Operational SOPs and digital systems Conduct regular skill assessments and refresher training. Work with HR to develop onboarding and continuous learning programs. Drive performance improvement through coaching and mentorship.
6. Promotional Camps & Community Outreach Plan and execute health camps, screening camps, and pharmacy promotionalevents to increase patient footfall and awareness. Coordinate with doctors, diagnostic partners, and marketing teams to organizecamps such as:o Diabetes screening campso Blood pressure monitoring campso Preventive health check-up driveso Seasonal health awareness programs Identify target locations such as residential societies, corporate offices,schools, and community centers. Monitor camp performance, lead conversions, and revenue generated fromthese initiatives.
7. Team Leadership Lead cross-functional teams across pharmacy operations, clinic management,and support functions. Set performance targets and ensure accountability. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, patient-centric care, andoperational excellence.
8. Data & Performance AnalyticsMonitor and improve key operational and financial KPIs including: Revenue per clinic Pharmacy gross margins Average patient ticket size Footfall to consultation conversion Inventory turnover Staff productivityUse data insights to guide business decisions and operational improvements.
9. Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with pharmacy licensing, drug regulations, and healthcarestandards. Maintain documentation for audits and inspections. Implement compliance training for pharmacy and clinic staffKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) Revenue growth per clinic Pharmacy gross margin improvement EBITDA / contribution margin Inventory turnover and wastage reduction Patient satisfaction scores (NPS) Employee training completion and skill improvement Operational efficiency metrics
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
