We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Analyst to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new leads through calls, referrals, social media, and networking.
* Contact potential customers and explain company products/services.
* Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
* Follow up with prospects regularly.
* Prepare sales reports and update CRM records.
* Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Required Skills
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
* Self-motivated and result-driven attitude.
Qualifications
* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
* 1–3 years of sales experience (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
* Experience in telesales, financial services, insurance, stock market, or advisory sales will be an advantage.
