About the Role
Life Scanners HealthCare Pvt Ltd (DigiPath AI) builds AI-powered cancer screening technology, and strategy alone doesn't win deals — we need someone who owns sales execution end to end. This is a digital-first role: outreach, follow-through, and relationship-building happen over phone, email, and written communication, not through field travel. Strong spoken and written English and comfort being on the phone daily are essential.
You'll drive outbound outreach, partnership conversations, and follow-through across hospitals, distributors, and institutional buyers, converting pipeline into revenue — all remotely, without needing to travel for meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Own outbound outreach and partnership conversations from first contact through close — entirely over phone, email, and written channels
- Run lead generation campaigns across hospital networks, distributors, and institutional/government buyers
- Manage and maintain our CRM (HubSpot) — pipeline hygiene, follow-ups, and reporting
- Drive consistent follow-through on every conversation — no lead goes cold
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Healthcare organization or MedTech industry experience strongly preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English — you'll be on calls and writing emails daily; this is a digital, not a field-travel, role
- A self-driven, target-oriented operator — you generate your own pipeline, you don't wait for leads to be handed to you
- Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot or equivalent)
- Comfortable selling into hospitals, distributors, and institutional/government procurement channels — remotely
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
