Shree Balaji Lotus Buildcon LLP is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with at least 2 years of on-site construction experience to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and according to approved drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management.
- Verify measurements and maintain site records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and assist in planning work schedules.
- Coordinate material requirements and monitor inventory at the site.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer in building construction.
- Good understanding of construction methods, drawings, and quality control.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential or commercial building projects.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and billing is an advantage.
