Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Accounting TL to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end finance operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Prepare Financial Statements, Balance Sheet & P&L
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team
- Prepare MIS reports, budgeting, and forecasting
Required Skills :
- Strong knowledge of Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience in audits, reconciliations, and financial closing
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP software
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Team handling experience is preferred
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / CPA
