Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information about the company's products or services.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.
- Explain products, services, pricing, offers, and promotions to customers.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/software regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service.
- Prepare daily call reports and sales activity reports.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
