We are looking for detail-oriented & responsible individuals for the role of Inventory Executive.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify invoices accurately against physical stock and ERP system entries
- Coordinate with the PL Team to resolve discrepancies in stock and invoices
- Conduct precise weight verification of products
- Tag products accurately by verifying Other Charges, BOM Charges, Selling Markup, and Product Valuation
- Oversee Laser Stamping, Hallmarking, and In-house Stamping processes
- Ensure safe handling of products during all inventory processes
- Facilitate timely stock transfers to stores and branch locations
- Send confirmations and notifications regarding stock handovers and transfers
- Verify diamond certification invoices and coordinate payment processing
- Generate inventory and stock movement reports for departments
- Conduct regular stock verification to maintain inventory accuracy
- Resolve internal stakeholder queries related to inventory processes
- Take prompt action on “Awak” discrepancies and ensure proper resolution
- Continuously improve process knowledge and operational efficiency
