Key Roles & Responsibilities
* *Site Coordination & Design Compliance:* Supervise daily on-site operations to ensure execution perfectly aligns with architectural drawings, MEP layouts, and material specifications.
* *Stakeholder Management:* Act as the primary on-site bridge, streamlining communication and resolving friction between designers, contractors, labor forces, and corporate clients.
* *Scheduling & Time Tracking:* Autonomously create, monitor, and enforce micro-level project schedules (daily and weekly timelines) to ensure the master deadline is met.
* *Material & Progress Tracking:* Prepare, update, and manage robust material procurement trackers and work-progress charts. Proactively identify potential delays in material delivery or labor deployment and implement course corrections.
* *Reporting:* Maintain absolute transparency with stakeholders by preparing and sending timely, precise daily/weekly progress reports, highlight risks, and present technical solutions.
* *Quality Control & Snag Resolution:* Conduct rigorous quality checks at every construction milestone. Identify discrepancies early and aggressively push contractors for immediate rectification to achieve a seamless, zero-snag handover.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
