Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Generalist to manage core HR functions with a primary focus on Recruitment (70%) and Payroll, Employee Engagement, and Administration (30%). The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and hiring talent, maintaining employee records, coordinating payroll activities, and supporting employee engagement initiatives to ensure a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Payroll, Employee Engagement & Administration (30%)
Payroll & HR Operations
- Collect and verify attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors/accounts team for salary processing.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
- Assist in statutory compliance activities such as PF, ESIC, and labor law requirements.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
- Support employee recognition and reward programs.
- Address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
- Assist in conducting employee feedback and satisfaction surveys.
Administration
- Maintain office administration and employee-related documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Manage employee ID cards, assets, and records.
- Support day-to-day administrative activities as required.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and HR operations.
- Familiarity with HRMS and job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant HR Generalist experience.

- Quality of hires and retention rate.
- Payroll accuracy and timeliness.
- Employee engagement and satisfaction levels.
- Compliance with HR policies and procedures.
