continues to expand, building a strong, future-ready Process framework is a strategic priority.
To support this vision, Karan Group is looking for a Passionate Process Leader who can Lead Process
Orientation initiative from its Ahmedabad back office, while managing processes for multicultural, multi-country workforces across Africa.
Position Summary
The Process Manager will be responsible for Modelling, Defining, Documenting, implementing, and
instiutonalizing best-in-class Process practices across the Group. The role focuses on establishing a
robust Process Department by defining, documenting and formalising processes on Business front, People
Front and Technical front. S/He will establish audit organization and maintain strict document control and
generate process effectiveness and violations visible.
Actual Business is performed in multiple countries of Africa and its back-office activities are carried out
from Ahmedabad, India. S/he shall require to travel African countries occasionally when needed for right
sync with actual business and back office processes.
Business Risk Profiling and Digital Systems Risk profiling considering ISO 31000 and ISO 27001 as best
practices to be performed.
Key Responsibilies
1. Defining and Documenting Processes
Lead group-wide Process transformation aligned with business growth and international
operations.
Develop Policies, Objectives, KPI and measurement framework for all processes
Define Process, Work Instruction and document and maintain master repository with strict version
control
2. Implementation of Processes
Implement processes in agile (incremental manner) as soon as one gets defined
Training and Handholding to Process Performers
Gap identification and plugging gap for achieving quick base line maturity
3. Management Representative (MR)
Perform all roles and responsibilities of MR
Conduct MRM and generate minutes and action items
External Third Party Audit co-ordination and Management for Certification
4. Internal Audit
Develop Internal Audit team
Train team to audit at excellence level of Third Party Audit
Schedule Internal Audits for all business and departments
5. Risk Profiling
Develop RART – Risk Assessment and Treatment Methodology
Develop Risk Register and Mitigation Plan
Implement controls identified for Risk Mitigation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
