Salary+ production incentives + accommodation support Role: Own the production number — tons per day and cost per ton. Map bottlenecks stage by stage (grinding → screening → conveying → pelleting); extend die, roller-shell, and bearing life (measured in MT per part); establish optimal compression ratios through structured trials; stabilize feed rates to eliminate choke-restart cycles; reduce kWh/ton; enforce daily data discipline (hourly TPH, downtime codes, part-life logs). Profile: 4–7 years in pellet/feed mills, solvent extraction, or similar agro-processing. BE/BTech preferred; strong Diploma accepted. Root-cause thinker, hands-on, fluent Hindi, willing to reside at Niwai.
