Senior Sales Manager
Location: Main Road, Ranchi, Jharkhand
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Drive showroom sales, lead conversion, and retail growth.
- Monitor daily enquiries, bookings, and customer follow-ups.
- Plan local marketing and promotional activities.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and smooth vehicle delivery.
- Prepare sales MIS reports and analyse team performance.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, and Accessories departments.
- Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team.
Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred)
Experience: 5–8 years in automobile sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role (Two-wheeler dealership experience preferred).
Skills: Team Leadership, Sales Management, Customer Handling, MS Excel, DMS, Communication, and Target Achievement.
Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month + Incentives (Negotiable).
