Responsibilities-
- Oversee complete center/store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage daily production, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Handle manpower planning, shift scheduling, and attendance management.
- Monitor inventory, wastage, and material consumption.
- Ensure customer complaints and escalations are resolved promptly.
- Maintain productivity and operational efficiency of the center.
- Conduct regular team briefings, training, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with warehouse, HR, and regional teams for operational support.
- Ensure audit compliance and maintain documentation/checklists properly.
- Track KPIs such as sales, order fulfillment, wastage, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain discipline and ensure company policies are followed by all team members.

Eligibility / Experience-
- Graduate preferred
- Experience in food, bakery, QSR, retail, or operations management
- Prior experience in team handling and center/store operations preferred

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
