Job Description:
The PPC Executive will own revenue performance for the assigned portfolio by driving end-to-end performance marketing outcomes across the customer funnel—from lead acquisition and qualification to nurturing and conversion. The role involves analyzing data to define strategy, executing multi-channel paid campaigns, and continuously optimizing performance to achieve revenue targets, improve ROAS, and reduce CAC.
Roles and responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid channels such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.

Conduct systematic testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, positioning and targeting; use insights from data analysis and feedback from the sales team to continuously improve performance.

Manage campaign budgets efficiently, aiming to reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC) and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).

Monitor key campaign metrics using analytics tools and generate actionable reports to support strategic decisions.

Support communication strategy planning and optimization by helping identify appropriate messaging and positioning for target segments and optimization of the same through testing.

Execute retention-focused initiatives, including email campaigns, push notifications, remarketing, and loyalty campaigns, aimed at increasing repeat rates and lifetime value (LTV).

Segment audience data and analyze performance to deliver personalized marketing messages that improve customer engagement across the lifecycle.

Collaborate with content, design, product, and sales teams to ensure campaign messaging, creatives, and offers are aligned with broader marketing objectives and sales insights.

Provide input on overall marketing strategy and share performance insights with senior marketers and stakeholders in a clear, data-driven manner.

Advocate for the use of analytics to inform decisions, measure campaign effectiveness, and propose optimizations.

Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor campaigns to support continuous improvement.
