Role Overview:
As a Jr. Client Service Executive, you will act as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency, ensuring smooth communication, and timely delivery of projects. You will oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, foster strong client relationships, and drive client satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
- Coordinate with creative, content, design, and digital marketing teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and meeting notes.
- Ensure all client requests are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Support campaign planning and execution across various marketing channels.
- Monitor deadlines and help ensure smooth workflow between clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
