Job Description:
Zippee is looking for a Delivery Executive (Route Operations) to ensure accurate, timely, and well-documented deliveries from our Sonipat warehouse to outlets. The role requires accompanying delivery vehicles, supervising loading and unloading activities, maintaining delivery documentation, and ensuring complete compliance with operational processes throughout the delivery journey. This role requires regular travel with delivery trucks, including weekly outstation trips with overnight stays.
Key Responsibilities:

Verify loading count and sequence against invoices and pick lists before dispatch.

Ensure correct segregation and stacking of materials during loading.

Travel with delivery vehicles and supervise deliveries at the outlets.

Verify offloading count at each delivery point and ensure no extra or incorrect material is unloaded.

Obtain proof of delivery (POD) with proper signatures and stamps at every delivery location.

Record delivery time on the trip sheet and ensure it is signed and stamped by the receiving outlet.

Inspect delivered goods for damages and identify whether damage occurred during transit or was pre-existing.

Ensure no QA-rejected materials are returned without prior approval.

Ensure no outlet-initiated returns are accepted without prior approval from the operations team.

Submit all trip-related documents, PODs, and trip sheets to the warehouse upon return.

Coordinate with warehouse, drivers, and operations teams to resolve delivery issues and maintain delivery timelines.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and documentation standards throughout the delivery process.
Candidate Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, FMCG distribution, or supply chain.

Comfortable with travel and accompanying delivery vehicles on assigned routes.

Basic understanding of delivery documentation, invoices, PODs, and trip sheets.

Familiarity with smartphones or POD applications for operational documentation.
-
Strong attention to detail, accountability, and coordination skills.
