Metal Preparation: Cut, grind, and clean metal surfaces to remove grease, moisture, and rust before welding.Welding Operations: Perform various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Cored) in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
Quality Assurance: Inspect welded surfaces and structures for flaws, ensuring they conform to precise technical specifications.
Equipment Maintenance: Set up, monitor, and maintain welding machinery to prevent overheating and ensure safe, proper operation.
Safety Compliance:Adhere to rigorous safety regulations by wearing protective gear and maintaining a hazard-free work environment.
