We work with established clients across multiple US states and consistently bring in signed roles that need strong candidates fast.
Our team manages all client relationships and business development. We are expanding our recruiter network to handle sourcing and submissions alongside us.
What We Need
We are looking for independent recruiters, boutique agencies, and split-fee partners who have placed candidates with US employers before.
Your Role
When we share a job order with you, your job is to source, screen, and submit qualified candidates within 48 hours. We handle the client side entirely. You focus on finding the right person.

Requirements
Prior experience placing candidates with US employers is required. You must understand US hiring norms, regional salary ranges, and employment eligibility requirements. Active access to sourcing tools such as Indeed Resume, LinkedIn Recruiter, or ZipRecruiter is expected. Availability during US business hours for at least part of your working day is necessary to reach candidates effectively.
