- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and marketing leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries from digital campaigns, social media, and websites.
- Explain project details, plot locations, pricing, and payment plans to interested customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer engagement.
- Meet daily calling, follow-up, and lead generation targets.
- Maintain professional communication and build long-term customer relationships.
