Telecaller Executive – Credit Card Sales

Job Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
* Explain credit card features, benefits, and offers.
* Understand customer requirements and assess eligibility.
* Generate quality leads and convert them into applications.
* Guide customers through the application process.
* Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
* Follow company sales processes and scripts.
* Maintain daily call reports and customer records.
* Follow up with interested customers until the process is completed.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
* Maintain professionalism and customer confidentiality at all times.

Eligibility
* Minimum 12th Pass.
* Graduates are preferred.
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
* Good communication skills in Hindi.
* Basic English communication is an added advantage.
* Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
