Job Title: Head-Employee Relations

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to manage employee relations matters, workplace investigations, grievance handling, performance management support, policy compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. The role requires partnering with business leaders to foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.
- Support performance management and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and organizational guidelines.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Partner with managers to resolve employee concerns and workplace conflicts.
- Maintain employee relations records and prepare management reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations or HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
