Technical Business Analyst (Business Systems, CRM & Workflow Architecture)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly technical and business-focused Technical Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between Product, Business, and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on CRM platforms, SaaS products, workflow automation, API integrations, middleware, and enterprise business systems.
Key Responsibilities
Business & System Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
- Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Perform gap analysis and solution recommendations.
Workflow Architecture & Process Design
- Design and document end-to-end business workflows and system processes.
- Create process maps, workflow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and dependency maps.
- Analyze workflow bottlenecks and recommend automation opportunities.
- Define scalable business processes across CRM, SaaS, ERP, and integrated systems.
API & Integration Analysis
- Work closely with engineering teams on API-based integrations and middleware architecture.
- Document API requirements, request/response flows, authentication methods, and integration dependencies.
- Understand and evaluate:
- REST APIs
- Webhooks
- Event-Driven Architecture
- API Authentication
- Rate Limiting
- Idempotent APIs
- Support integration planning between internal and third-party platforms.
Agile Product Delivery
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Grooming, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams to prioritize requirements.
- Ensure requirements are development-ready and aligned with business objectives.
- Support roadmap planning and release management activities.
Impact Analysis & Documentation
- Conduct dependency mapping and technical impact assessments.
- Analyze downstream effects of system changes and integrations.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, Process Documents, System Diagrams, and Integration Documentation.
- Ensure complete traceability between business requirements and technical solutions.
