Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead business development, manage key customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing the sales pipeline, leading the sales team, and driving growth across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and channel partners.
- Identify and develop opportunities in Corporate, Education, Government, and Enterprise sectors.
- Meet clients, understand requirements, and propose suitable AV solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the pre-sales team.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, architects, and OEM partners.
- Lead and mentor the sales and lead generation team.
- Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and weekly sales reports.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Audio Visual, IT Infrastructure, Unified Communications, or System Integration solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Leadership, planning, and team management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering is preferred
- 2–5 years of B2B/ B2C sales experience, preferably in the AV, IT, or System Integration industry.
