Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan monthly content calendars and create engaging daily content, including Instagram Reels, Stories, and posts for both brands.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, stories & videos on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube & LinkedIn.
- Assist & support for creating content calendar management (weekly/monthly).
- Engage with followers, respond to comments & DMs.Respond to customer inquiries promptly. Share potential business leads with the internal team for further follow-up.
- Assist in creating and monitoring Meta and Instagram Ad campaigns to increase brand reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Brand Alignment & maintain the distinct voice, tone, and visual style of two separate brands under one umbrella.
- Analyze engagement metrics and assist in reporting.
- Research trends and competitor activities.
- Contribute creative ideas for social content (reels, stories, polls, etc.
- Reviewing the company’s digital marketing and social media strategy & suggest improvements.
- Develop social media campaigns & define their KPIs.
- Resolve customer queries.
- Monitor SEO and traffic towards each social media platform.
- Keep an eye on the latest social media trends.
- Analyze campaign data and web traffic metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for sustainability, design, or creative marketing.
- Advanced skills in content creation tools & editing.
- Strong written & oral communication in English.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, Stories and trending formats.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn with a collaborative mindset.
Eligibility:
- Creative Skills: Hands-on experience with mobile video editing tools (CapCut, VN, or InShot) and basic design tools (Canva).
- Ad Knowledge & basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager, including boosting posts and creating simple target audiences.
- Open to current students and recent graduates in Media, Communication, Marketing, or any creative field.
- Mindset to be highly organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking between two segments of brands of the same company.
- Prior experience in managing social media (personal projects or freelance) is a bonus but not mandatory.
