Job Summary:-
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically sound Tender & Cost Estimation Engineer with an electrical background. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing tender documents, preparing accurate cost estimates, and coordinating with procurement and project teams to submit competitive and compliant bids for electrical and lighting projects.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Analyze tender documents, drawings, and BOQs for electrical projects
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, material take-offs, and pricing sheets
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for quotations and pricing inputs
- Prepare and submit technical & commercial bid documents
- Ensure compliance with client specifications and industry standards
- Work with internal project, design, and procurement teams for bid accuracy
- Track tender submissions, deadlines, and clarification requests
- Support pre-bid meetings, queries, and post-bid negotiations
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, lighting layouts, and BOQs
- Experience in government and private sector tenders
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, estimation tools
- Knowledge of tender portals like GeM, CPPP, Eprocure (preferred)
- Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and time management
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
