Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk Non-IT roles including Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, Customer Support, and other business functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings and HR interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate client interviews, share feedback, and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 0.6-2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably in bulk hiring or agency environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with job portals, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Location: Gaur City Centre, Gaur Chowk, Greater Noida West
Timings- 10 am-7pm ( 5-Days a week)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
