Position: Civil Engineer (Roads & Buildings)
Experience Required: 3–4 Years
Location: Gangtok, Sikkim (with project-based travel)
Role Overview
This is not a support role. You will be entrusted with end-to-end responsibility of on-site execution, working closely with leadership and playing a key role in delivering critical infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Execution and supervision of road, bridge, and building projects
Contractor and site team coordination
Quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and billing support
Ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines
On-ground problem-solving and reporting directly to leadership
What We’re Looking For
Strong practical experience in civil construction execution
Ability to independently manage site operations
Familiarity with PWD standards and project workflows
Candidates with experience in hill/mountainous infrastructure projects will be given preference

Compensation
We offer a competitive annual CTC aligned with industry benchmarks, with flexibility to offer a strong premium for candidates demonstrating proven on-ground execution capability and leadership potential. Final compensation will be structured based on experience, project exposure, and interview evaluation.
