We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations and support administrative functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the office while assisting teams with clerical and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Complete Hiring Across region.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications across teams.
- Handle data entry, record-keeping, and filing of financial and operational documents.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and office safety protocols.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
