Job Title : Digital Marketing Specialist
Working : Monday to Saturday (6 days)
Job Summary
ONLINELR is looking for a proactive and execution-focused Digital Marketing Individual who can manage end-to-end digital marketing activities across social media, paid ads, app platforms, SEO, content creation, and third-party coordination. The role requires hands-on execution, regular monitoring, and competitor analysis to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and product visibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Create and post content on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Publish:
- Festival posts
- Feature-based posts (minimum 2 times per week)
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across platforms
2. WhatsApp Communication
- Respond to on-demand WhatsApp queries from users
- Send follow-up messages to expiry users every 2–3 days
- Maintain professional and timely communication
3. Website Content & SEO
- Create and update website content
- Perform keyword research and SEO optimization
- Ensure SEO-friendly content structure and meta updates
4. Play Store Management
- Monitor:
- App reviews
- Downloads
- Ratings
- Regularly refine:
- App content
- Descriptions
- Images and creatives
- Provide image suggestions for Play Store optimization
- Conduct competitor analysis for:
- Transportbook
- Roadwe
- Biltybook
5. Google Ads
- Perform daily monitoring and optimization of Google Ads campaigns
- Track performance and make data-driven improvements
6. Facebook Ads
- Set up Facebook ad campaigns as required
- Monitor and optimize ads on an on-demand basis
7. Facebook Outreach
- Send introductory messages to transporters
- Send relevant friend requests to potential users and partners
8. LinkedIn Activities
- Send page follow requests to relevant professionals
- Optimize LinkedIn page with proper keywords
- Post content regularly to improve reach and engagement
9. DLT (SMS) – TrueConnect / Jio
- Create and submit SMS template requests
- Coordinate with Jio DLT platform for template approval and compliance
10. YouTube Marketing
- Identify and analyze competitor YouTube content
- Improve content interlinking across videos
- Validate existing content
- Research new keywords to improve search results and visibility
11. Canva & Creative Design
- Create:
- Marketing posts
- Office celebration posts
- Tutorials for new product features
- Ensure visually appealing and brand-aligned creatives
12. Third-Party Service Provider Coordination
- Initiate communication with third-party vendors
- Understand and share requirements clearly
- Coordinate and send NDA and other agreements
- Support in closing deals
13. SEO Coordination
- Coordinate with Rucha to finalize keywords
- Update and maintain keyword lists in Google Docs
- Ensure alignment across SEO and content efforts
14. Product Portfolio Marketing
- Conduct competitor analysis for ONLINELR products
- Create:
- Product content
- Brochures
- Finalize:
- Play Store content
- Images
- Handle overall social media presence for the product portfolio
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, Social Media, and Paid Ads
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Facebook Ads
- Familiarity with Play Store optimization (ASO)
- Working knowledge of Canva
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
- Experience in B2B / logistics / transport domain is a plus
