- Lead efforts to streamline processes and improve system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align support activities with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level maintenance management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues and interact with stakeholders effectively.
- Capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
