Job Summary
Required Skills: Good communication skills Operations and Analytical knowledge will required Proficient in Excel, Word, PPT, preparing MOM, Conducting Live Meeting (Mandatory) Organized, efficient, flexible and versatile team player who work hard, excels in any environment and get consistent result Good analytical and decision making skills Responsibilities: Interact with project/delivery team on regular basis to understand the requirement To coordinate with delivery managers for transactions completion. Work on Revenue forecast & budgeting, billing, Project initiation, revenue analysis, Inventory (CAPEX) and other activities related to project management. Proactive follow-up need to be done with delivery and sales team for end to end closure of project transactions. Coordination with different support teams. Action items tracking at Senior Management Level Client Meeting Logistics Billing Coordination/ Unbilled Analysis Report RAS Utilization Report Staff attrition and governance report, Project track reporting. Resource tracker / Visa Tracking Project details reporting HCL and Project specific Mandatory e-learning chase and completion to keep project green in Reports Onboarding / Off boarding/ BGV/ VDI Asset Management ODC Access Management CSAT Survey tracking Audit Preparation, Client audit Presentation
