Key responsibilities:
- Asset care in OSD/Soft Gel/ Pallets manufacturing operations process equipment (Granulation, Tablet Coaters, Wurster coaters, Packaging ( Bulk pack & Blister packing) , BPO.BIS, Track & Trace systems.
- Preventive, predictive & reliability centered maintenance, with exposure to PM SAP modules.
- Exposure to Calibration system.
- Should have strength in instrumentation, digitalization & 21 cfr, part 11 compliance requirements.
- Exposure to QMS tools, Risk assessment, Investigations, Equipment /Process qualification/validation from engineering perspective & exposure to relevant digital platforms.
- Exposure to Facility upkeep/maintenance for a big sized facility/plant. (Civil, PEB & CRP).
- Well versed with GMP requirements as per Schedule-M, Eudralex-4.
- Should be able to handle multiple blocks & warehouses maintenance.
- Exposure to brown field projects in OSD plants.
- Good CFT coordination & communication skills.
- To have some understanding of HVAC, Raw & Clean Utilities.
- Exposure to regulatory inspections.
- Exposure to working in environment implementing TPM/ RCM/ 5S & OEE models.
