Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Installation Engineer to install, test, commission, and maintain equipment or systems at customer sites. The ideal candidate will ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards while providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission equipment, machinery, or systems at customer locations.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals.
- Perform testing, calibration, and troubleshooting during installation.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues at customer sites.
- Coordinate with customers, project managers, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repair work when required.
- Prepare installation reports, service records, and documentation.
- Train customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Travel to customer locations as required.
Required Skills
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or electronic systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and report preparation.
- Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 0–5 years of experience in installation, commissioning, or field service (freshers may apply if applicable).
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with field installations and commissioning.
- Familiarity with safety standards and quality procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions
- Frequent travel to customer locations.
- Ability to lift and handle installation equipment when required.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends during project deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
