We are looking for passionate and dedicated Montessori Educators to join our Early Years team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
- Montessori/Early Childhood Education Certification (Preferred)
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in Montessori/Early Years teaching.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Montessori/Early Years curriculum.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Use hands-on, play-based, and creative teaching methodologies.
- Assess and document children's learning and developmental progress.
- Build strong relationships with parents and provide regular updates.
- Encourage independence, curiosity, and self-directed learning.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
