Job Summary
The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing front desk staff, and maintaining efficient administrative processes. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to create a positive experience for visitors, clients, and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the front office.
- Lead, train, and motivate front office staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure all visitors and clients are greeted professionally and assisted promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a courteous and timely manner.
- Manage reception activities, telephone operations, and visitor management.
- Coordinate appointments, meeting room bookings, and administrative support.
- Develop and implement front office policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Maintain office records, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage office supplies and front office inventory.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in front office, reception, customer service, or administrative management.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
