Position Overview:
As an Architect at KP ARCHITECTS you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of architectural projects. Your expertise in architectural design principles, building codes, and sustainable practices will ensure the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop conceptual and schematic design proposals that align with client goals, site conditions, and budgetary considerations.
2. Prepare and present architectural design proposals, to clients for review and approval.
3. Create detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
4. Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, including engineers, interior designers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
5. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress, address design-related issues, and ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable practices, incorporating them into design concepts and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience as an Architect, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects across different scales and sectors.
- Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for sustainable design practices.
