Job Title: CRM Executive – Payments, Documentation & Land Records
Location: BTM Layout, Bangalore

Experience: 2–4 Years in Real Estate or Infrastructure CRM
Key Responsibilities
Payment Follow-Up & Recovery
- Track and follow up on pending payments from clients.
- Maintain accurate records of payment schedules, receipts, and outstanding dues.
- Coordinate with finance/legal teams for escalation and resolution of payment delays.
Document Management
- Oversee execution and collection of customer documents including sale agreements, registration papers, and compliance forms.
- Ensure timely and legally sound documentation aligned with company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain digital and physical records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
Land Records Coordination
- Liaise with legal and operations teams to gather and verify land ownership documents, conversion certificates, and title deeds.
- Assist in compiling and updating land records for internal audits and external compliance.
- Support due diligence processes for new land acquisitions or project expansions.
Reporting & CRM System Maintenance
- Update CRM software with client interactions, payment status, and document milestones.
- Generate MIS reports for management review on payment recovery, documentation progress, and land record status.
- Ensure data integrity and timely updates across platforms.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Legal Studies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and document tracking systems.
- Strong communication skills—written and verbal—with a consultative approach.
- Familiarity with property documentation and land compliance procedures.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
