Clients, Strategy and Growth – Leadership Excellence Specialist
The Clients, Strategy & Growth (CS&G) Leadership Excellence (LX) Specialist role sits at the intersection of business operations and data management, supporting talent-related and performance-management efforts for Partners/Principals (PPs), Managing Directors (MDs), and Leaders (Ls) aligned to CS&G.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can support the CS&G LX team across a range of priorities throughout the year, including data collection, validation, reporting, dashboard updates, performance-cycle support, and special projects for PPs/MDs/Ls. The consultant will work closely with senior team members to maintain accurate data, support process execution, and help drive timely delivery of primarily recurring talent activities.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically curious, and comfortable working with data across systems to produce clear reporting and actionable insights. Success in this role also requires strong data architecture instincts and a systems mindset, with the desire to learn how the full performance management data ecosystem works, including where data resides and how systems connect. The role requires sound judgement and the ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Project Management on the CS&G Leadership Excellence team, you will be responsible for:
- Maintain and reconcile quantitative metrics for PPs/MDs/Ls, including data collection, validation, file management, system updates, and ongoing maintenance.
- Work with structured and unstructured data to support reporting, analysis, and leadership requests, ensuring accuracy and consistency across sources.
- Analyze large, complex data sets in a fast-paced environment while maintaining data integrity and consistency across sources.
- Identify opportunities to improve current processes, automate manual steps, and enhance reporting quality using analytics and AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
- Enhance reporting frameworks and analytics capabilities by anticipating and staying in front of upstream risks, surfacing issues early, and improving data quality.
The team
The CS&G LX team serves as a strategic adviser to CS&G PPs/MDs/Ls and CS&G Leadership, along with implementing the firm’s talent priorities by delivering a seamless, integrated process across performance management, leadership development, succession, talent relations, transactions, promotions/admissions, and strategic initiatives. The team is also the central catalyst for PPs/MDs/Ls with Green Dot roles, ensuring that their Green Dot performance management process is fair and consistent, regardless of their business alignment.
Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years' relevant experience

Highly proficient in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, calculated fields, dashboarding/data visualization; macros a plus) and proficient Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., storyboarding, formatting, slide master).
- Experience using Gen AI and other technology trends.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to perform thorough quality assurance checks on deliverables, including reviewing inputs and outputs for accuracy and ensuring data quality across multiple data sources.
- Strong project management and execution skills, including the ability to manage multiple deliverables, work under pressure, and maintain high-quality outputs.
- Demonstrated ability to support and drive workstreams from start to finish, including meeting deadlines, navigating obstacles, and keeping work moving forward.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
