Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and offers to clients.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a follow-up schedule.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Follow up with interested customers and nurture leads until closure.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and feedback.
- Update management on daily calling activities and lead status.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in real estate telecalling will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Real Estate Sales.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
