Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the team for internal operations and process
Lead to End-to-end recruitment: screening, shortlisting, and coordinating with candidates.
Support business development-related activities as required.
Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 Years of experience in leading recruitment and driving results
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive/Sheets.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
