We are seeking a dedicated Software Tester to join our small, agile team and contribute to the quality and success of our exciting app platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to be deeply involved in the entire testing lifecycle as well as provide valuable input on user experience and interface improvements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manual testing across the application.
- Perform comprehensive testing on Mobile UI, API functionality, and responsive design to ensure seamless performance across devices.
- Document identified issues clearly and track them through resolution.
- Prepare detailed test reports highlighting findings, test coverage, and risks.
- Execute basic automation testing to support regression and functional tests.
- Provide insightful UI/UX suggestions to improve user interactions and visual design.
- Collaborate closely with developers and designers in a small, highly interactive team environment.
- Take ownership of quality contribution, ensuring timely delivery of tested features.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in testing (Web apps), including UAT and issue documentation.
- Familiarity with Mobile UI testing, API testing, responsive web testing, and web app security testing.
- Experience testing LMS (multi-tenant), SaaS platforms
- Basic knowledge of automation testing tools and scripting is a plus.
- An eye for UI/UX improvements and ability to communicate suggestions effectively.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working in a tight-knit team.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality software.
