Key Responsibilities
1️ Service Supervision
- Lead and coordinate Barista & service staff.
- Ensure every beverage is served with perfect etiquette.
- Monitor timing, posture, tray handling, and service flow.
2️ Guest Interaction
- Greet high-value showroom clients with confidence.
- Handle special requests calmly and professionally.
- Manage feedback or complaints discreetly.
3️ Brand Representation
- Maintain Châlet D’Or luxury tone inside showroom.
- Ensure silence, sophistication, and discipline in service.
- Uphold grooming and uniform standards of entire team.
4️ Operations & Inventory
- Oversee daily stock and consumption reports.
- Coordinate with operations manager for supplies.
- Maintain hygiene and quality checks.
5️ Crisis Handling
- Handle rush hours smoothly.
- Solve service issues without disturbing showroom environment.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership ability
- Excellent spoken English
- Luxury service etiquette knowledge
- Calm personality under pressure
- Sharp observation & detail focus Experience
- 3–6 years in fine dining / 5-star hotel service
- Experience as Senior Steward or Captain preferre
- Performance Standards (Châlet D’Or)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
