Job Summary - (EXPERIENCE IN JEWELLERY SECTOR AND ALSO IN RETAIL SECTOR IS PREFERED)
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and customer-focused Branch Head to lead our showroom operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a passion for sales excellence, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring superior customer service and effective team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete branch operations, ensuring achievement of sales and business objectives.
- Drive showroom sales through effective customer engagement, team motivation, and strategic sales initiatives.
- Manage, train, and inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor daily sales performance, productivity, conversion rates, and key business metrics.
- Ensure proper stock management, inventory control, and coordination.
- Maintain high standard showroom ambience, and operational discipline.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and handle customer concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and operational guidelines.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
