Essencials is a growing B2B IT Services company specializing in Printer Rentals, Laptop Rentals and Managed Print Services for enterprise customers across India.
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Digital Marketing Executive who can help build our brand, strengthen our online presence and generate qualified B2B leads.
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn & Social Media
- Manage the company's LinkedIn page and Founder profile.
- Create engaging B2B content that builds brand awareness.
- Publish 3–4 posts every week.
- Develop customer success stories, case studies and industry-focused content.
- Manage social media calendars and campaigns.
Website & SEO
- Update website content regularly.
- Coordinate with SEO agencies/freelancers.
- Improve landing pages and website conversions.
- Publish blogs and thought leadership articles.
Lead Generation
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, Google and digital campaigns.
- Support the Sales team with marketing-qualified leads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
Branding
- Maintain consistency across presentations, brochures, social media and website.
- Create marketing collaterals using Canva or similar tools.
Analytics
Track and report:
- Website traffic
- LinkedIn engagement
- Marketing-qualified leads
- Campaign performance
- Organic traffic growth
- Conversion metrics
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of Digital Marketing experience.
- Excellent written English.
- Strong content writing skills.
- Experience managing LinkedIn pages for B2B companies.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
- Experience with Canva and AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and digital campaigns.
Preferred Skills
- Experience marketing B2B IT Services, SaaS or Managed Services.
- Google Ads experience.
- WordPress knowledge.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
What We Are Looking For
This role is not about posting random content.
We are looking for someone who understands how to build a professional B2B brand, generate qualified leads and work closely with the Sales team to support business growth.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
