About the Company
We are a leading Facility Management Company providing comprehensive manpower, operations, maintenance, project management, and support services to clients across the Oil & Gas sector. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our business presence and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, and Facility Management sectors.
- Generate leads and build strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Participate in tendering processes, RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations and project teams for proposal preparation and service delivery planning.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans for management review.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Business Development) preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management.
- Prior experience in Facility Management, Oil & Gas, Industrial Services, Engineering Services, or Infrastructure sectors is mandatory.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales and business development.
- Experience in handling government and corporate tenders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) such as BPCL, IOCL, HPCL, or other Oil & Gas organizations.
- Understanding of facility management services, manpower outsourcing, project management, and maintenance services.
- Existing network within the Oil & Gas industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
