Job Summary
We are looking for a Food Server with prior experience in the food and service industry. The ideal candidate will be friendly, well-presented, and confident in communicating with customers in English while taking orders and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and ensure a pleasant dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
- Ensure cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining space.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order flow.
- Handle basic customer requests and concerns politely.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and café service standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food service or hospitality industry
- Prior experience as a Food Server / Waiter
- Ability to speak and understand English confidently while taking orders
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Polite, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of café or restaurant service standards
- Basic knowledge of food and beverages
- Team player with a positive attitude
