- 3 months = 10-15K (+300Rs daily food allowance)
- 4-9 months = Salary + Spray commission (perf. basis)
- 9+ months = DGCA certificate/ Flying exp. (eligibility basis)
- 12+ months = Salary revision (eligibility basis)
- Provisions: Lodging/ Stay provided, 2 days monthly paid leave
