Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore
Working Hours/ Days: 9 Hours / 5 Rational Days a Week
Shift: Rotational Night shifts

Education:
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a contact center environment.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in an international or multicultural setting is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in contact center software and CRM systems.
- Strong knowledge on operational metrics – SL/AHT/ABAN RATE/FCR/TRP/QUALITY, ect.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
