MIS Executive is responsible for leading, planning, and optimizing the delivery of high-quality, home-based physiotherapy services. This dual-faceted role involves supervising a field team of physiotherapists, overseeing logistics and patient assignments, auditing clinical documentation, and occasionally conducting advanced specialized clinical assessments for complex cases in patients' homes.
1. Team Leadership & Field Supervision
- Supervise and mentor a team of home-visit physiotherapists, assistants, and rehab technicians.
- Manage scheduling and routing logistics to ensure efficient zone-based allocation of therapists to patient homes.
- Conduct field audits and performance evaluations to maintain clinical excellence, professional empathy, and punctuality.
- Organize regular team meetings
2. Clinical Oversight & Quality Assurance
- Review individualized treatment plans created by the team for various case types (neurological, orthopedic, geriatric, and post-operative).
- Act as the ultimate escalation point for complex, high-risk, or non-progressing patient cases.
- Enforce compliance with infection control, data privacy (HIPAA/local medical data regulations), and organizational health and safety protocols during home care.
- Monitor and audit Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to verify documentation accuracy and timely clinical updates.
3. Patient Experience & Stakeholder Coordination
- Handle initial patient onboarding queries, set up expectations for home care, and resolve patient or family grievances.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals—including referring physicians, orthopedic surgeons, and home care nurses—to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Design safety protocols for home environments, such as fall-prevention assessments and ergonomic guidelines for family caregivers.
4. Operational Growth & Administration
- Track and manage operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as visit completion rates, patient retention, and therapist utilization rates.
- Assist administrative teams with accurate coding and billing for specialized home health care packages.
- Manage equipment inventory and coordinate the distribution of mobile therapeutic modalities (e.g., portable TENS units, ultrasound machines).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
