Captain (Section Supervisor)
Captains are the primary point of contact for guests once seated. They guide the dining experience, showcase the menu, and ensure their designated section runs flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Expertise: Walk guests through the vegetarian menu and specialty coffee offerings, making tailored recommendations and upselling signature items.
- Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders, punch them into the POS system, and coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely service.
- Section Management: Oversee a team of Stewards in a designated section. Ensure tables are cleared, reset, and maintained to high standards.
- Experience Facilitation: Guide guests on the rules of interacting with the puppies while dining, ensuring a smooth and hygienic experience.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Server in a high-volume, quality-driven restaurant.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles is a strong plus.
- High energy, patience, and a hospitable demeanor.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
